Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

Every Moonlight Tokyo item is printed after you order it, so we can't accept returns for a change of mind or a wrong size. Please check the Size & Fabric Guide before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, contact us at moonlight.tky@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we will send a replacement once the carrier confirms the loss.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
